Patricia and David work together to give their clients the benefit of their background in sales, marketing and real estate investing. That experience translates into clients getting value for the home they buy or sell.

As a team, they are able to give clients the extra benefit of two agents for the price of one. Both David and Patricia develop a rapport with all clients at the beginning of the relationship, so that there is a familiarity and knowledge base during the whole process. While they both are capable in all aspects of the business, their clients benefit from each one concentrating on different aspects of the client needs. Patricia concentrates on the sale negotiation and marketing of the homes for sale. David takes over when a contract is completed and works with the client on inspection, follow-up and the details of the contract to insure a smooth closing.

David is a native of the Pacific Northwest where he was raised in Portland and lived in Bellevue for 15 years. A job transfer that took David to California for a few years and then to Virginia, where he met and married Patricia. Patricia was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to Virginia when she married David. After Selling the business, the couple moved back to Bellevue.

When you first meet Patricia, you get that instant feeling there’s more to her than being a successful Realtor.  With the long hours of commitment and dedication to her job and clients, it’s not surprising to find her carrying that same dedication onto her community as a member of the Overlake Hospital Service League and Cancer Auxiliary.  She even finds time to chair a few gala events for the Seattle Symphony as a member of the Symphony Volunteer Association and be a table leader for the eWomen’s Network.

In this age of information and technology, the community has access to volumes of information about real estate. However, that’s just the starting point.  Patricia’s skill and experience gives her the edge needed to sort through that mountain of information, bringing her clients to achieving their goals.

Patricia and David enjoy music, reading, antiques, travel and dogs.
